Russian aircraft company sues Boeing to cancel order of 737 MAX jets, claiming the firm failed to disclose the plane's 'defects'

Russian aircraft leasing company Avia Capital Services is suing Boeing to cancel an order of 35 of the 737 Max jets and seek damages. It's the first lawsuit Boeing faces from a customer over safety issues. The company filed the lawsuit in Chicago, where Boeing is based, for breach of contract and failing to disclose information about the jets' 'defects'.
