Secretary-General António Guterres has written a letter to all member states in which he points to a deficit of more than $230 million in 2019.Guterres has made an urgent plea to member countries to pay their outstanding contributions to minimise disruptions to UN operations.

No such. They think the public haven't heard of fractional reserve banking (aka. banks counterfeiting money away from the public eye; essentially making money out of nothing). UN must go print the money they need and stop telling the world fairytales.
