Cape Chamber of Commerce skeptical about future energy plans The Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry says government’s Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) will not encourage investment or economic growth.

The Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry saysChamber President, Geoff Jacobs, says it fails to provide future energy security.Jacobs says the plan places limits on renewable energy and favours more expensive new coal electricity plants.
