Big companies have been urged by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to help in its relief efforts for the residents of earthquake-devastated North Cotabato and Davao Del Sur, two of the severely hit areas.

PRC Chairman Richard Gordon made the appeal for big companies and the public to send aid to the people of Mindanao who are currently staying in evacuation sites.

Base on PRC data, as of November 4, there were over 37,000 families or 188,000 individuals affected by the series of earthquakes in Davao and Soccsksargen regions in the past two weeks.
