Tokyo is on the hunt for 21st Century businesses using environmental, social and governance principles as a means to get them there—1st up: FinTech companies

In the last two years, the Tokyo stock benchmark has erased half its value to a 19-year low. The jobless rate is at 5.5 percent, the highest in 50 years. But Japan is also in the middle of a feisty and ambitious development boom.
