[Joffe] and the team helped me a lot by giving me a huge space to express myself and the vision of the brand through the installation. I really enjoyed it!It builds up to one of the imminent story lines of the Marée Noire collection: the amphibian theme, embodying the hybrid, naturecultural, post-human future. The collection is best imagined against the backdrop of a misty green landscape, in which unique elements are impressed directly on the garments.
For this first drop of SS20 iconic archive pieces have been revamped into new ones. Earlier designs such as the ball skirt are morphing into a dress, made entirely from Regenerated bedsheets, and the unmistakable ball bag grows smaller in an exclusive bright yellow colour. Follows our iconic moire fabric translated in black shiny uniform, bomber and high-waist pants.
