Trump, speaking at a news conference , said it was up to the Senate to decide how to handle the trial, but that he would like to have former national security adviser John Bolton and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo testify.

“He knows some of my thoughts, he knows what I think about leaders. What happens if he reveals what I think about a certain leader and it’s not very positive?” he said, adding that Pompeo testifying would also be a risk.

I thought democrats have overwhelming evidence for impeaching the President, looks like they lied, their partisan impeachment is not doi doing good in the sanate.
