The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is the first government agency that has complied with the Republic Act (RA) No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Government Efficient Delivery System Act.

This was revealed by Anti-Red Tape Authority Director General Atty. Jeremiah Belgica at the Armed Forces of the Philippines – Philippine National Police Moral Transformation event held at Camp Crame, Quezon City last Sunday.

With this accomplishment, Castriciones hoped that the speedy resolution of agrarian cases under agrarian legal implementation and agrarian legal assistance would ease the tensions between and among farmer-beneficiaries and landowners.
