That’s five times the suggested retail price

WASHINGTON — Minnesota-based 3M has filed a lawsuit against an Ontario company that allegedly claimed a phoney affiliation with the U.S. medical-gear maker to sell hard-to-find N95 face masks at exorbitant prices.

It further alleges that the company continued to market the masks on different Shopify-based sites after 3M complained, with an asking price of $17 apiece — five times the suggested retail price.

Was it The Trudeau Foundation?

Well done 3M! Must also use the anti-gouging laws!

Better solution would be for Alberta Health/AHS to stop their Medical Supplier lock-out (since January) of selling all PPE to only AH versus front line Dr’s, EMT’s, Nurses, Care-Givers, grocers, public.

Oh one solution would be... For 3M to get millions more masks to the world.
