Cuomo announces New York City will disinfect every subway train every 24 hours in an 'unprecedented step'

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that, in an "unprecedented step," the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the agency in charge of the city's public transit, is going to clean every subway train every 24 hours.

Hope the disinfectant doesn’t carry side effects

They should have been cleaning the trains and the stations, but this is good.

This is great news for NYC! Wonder if this cleaning/disinfecting effort will happen to the subway stations too NYCMayor NYGovCuomo ?

NYC should have had the normal practice to disinfect every subway train every 24 hours. It is common logic to prevent diseases. You should not need a pandemic to figure that out.
