My jobs have always provided me with a work laptop, so I haven't owned a personal one since college. But because I had to return my laptop to my former employer, I needed one of my own for the first time in a decade. I held out for the newly revamped, which debuted in May and was going to cost me nearly $2,000. My dad offered to make the purchase, asking for an initial down payment of $452.70 to cover the tax and Apple Care.

meeshull I can't even with her. The budget is ridiculous. Rolled my eyes so many times. Your dad bought you a laptop. Are you kidding me. Grow up!

meeshull Additionally, DMV costs are not random? You know you have to get registered every year. Plan for it with a budget!

meeshull She is spending more on a car payment then she is on “savings” This person will suffer from severe lifestyle DEFLATION once she realizes she is not saving any money. Set savings goals, cut expenses, and achieve financial independence. Her budget is a blueprint for what not do do!
