Reese Witherspoon Sued Over Company's Dress Giveaway to Hardworking Teachers

is taking some legal heat for a dress giveaway to teachers during the early days of the pandemic, and the lawsuit reads like the ultimate case of no good deed goes unpunished.

Now, we should say the IG post clearly stated the offer was valid"while supplies last." However, the plaintiffs say the offer didn't make it clear Draper James only had 250 dresses to give away.

I don’t understand...ReeseW isn’t “wonderful”? Didn’t people figure that out when her publicist threatened to withhold interviews if the story of her brother’s sexual assault wasn’t buried. Or how about when she married RyanPhillippe on a plantation? charleslat HarveyLevinTMZ

This is embarrassing! She does so much for teachers and this is how she is repaid for her kindness. Like most teachers, I applied for the contest, got the email that said I didn’t win, thought well that sucks, and went about my day. Some people are just too much!

I guess they are hungry for money

What a terrible fucking headline

no good deed goes unpunished- sorry Reese. Too bad these idiots fail to recognize that you didn't have to do anything at all.

WTF!?

After reading the whole article, I put my money that the 3 women who filed the suit look like this

Your Damed if you do and your Damed if you don't

It’s not her fault everyone couldn’t get a dress 👗. If this what happens when you try to do good. Then no one should do anything like this again. Tell those people yo get a life.

They did not understand the phrase 'while supplies last' and they are teachers?

I am a teacher and this lawsuit is ridiculous.
