Two crossed lines that form an 'X'. It indicates a way to close an interaction, or dismiss a notification.A New York judge on Tuesday temporarily barred President Donald Trump's niece, Mary Trump, from publishing her new tell-all book. The book, "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man," is scheduled to be released on July 28.
"The trial court's temporary restraining order is only temporary but it still is a prior restraint on core political speech that flatly violates the First Amendment. We will immediately appeal," Mary Trump's attorney said in a statement.
Mary Trump and the publisher, Simon & Schuster, must now appear before Judge Hal Greenwald on July 10. Greenwald ordered the publisher not to publish the book, which reportedly paints a damning picture of the president and Trump family more generally, until the case is decided. "From publishing, printing or distributing any book or any portions thereof including but not limited to the book entitled: ',' in any medium containing descriptions or accounts of Mary L. Trump's relationship with Robert S. Trump, Donald Trump, or Maryanne Trump Barry," the judge added.
Why are you insinuating that Donald Trump did this by putting his photo next to it?
Simon & Schuster done messed up. It should have put Kindle version up as soon as first suit was dismissed. Alternately it could’ve sold all foreign rights to overseas publishers out of reach of New York courts. As it stands now Trump’s family has enjoined publication everywhere.
Mr Trump did once say didn’t he that he is the most transparent person in the history of transparent persons. Of course he meant the glass almost empty which he holds with two hands one to hold the NDA the other the transparent glass. 2021legalbonanza
