AMC Networks has filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission accusing AT&T of penalizing the The Walking Dead broadcaster in favor of its own competing channels like HBO and TN…

That deal combined AT&T, the nation’s second largest MVPD after Comcast, and Time Warner, which operates networks including TNT, TBS, CNN, and HBO.

“AMCN thus brings this program carriage complaint to seek relief from AT&T’s discriminatory conduct that violates Section 616 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the Commission’s program carriage rules. The Commission should order AT&T to carry AMC and AMC+ on fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory rates, terms and conditions,” the complaint said.

AMC Accuses AT&T of Doing What It Said It Wouldn't During Time Warner Merger TrialThe 'Walking Dead' network asks the FCC to punish AT&T for favoring HBO and TNT over non-owned channels. Cry me a river. Ever since AMC screwed over Frank Darabont I could care less what they do. Amc is acting like children recently. First with universal, saying that they won’t play ANY universal movies, then they betray other chains by signing deals with the same company they had beef with, now they blame At&t for something. Can they chill for a minute?
