Oracle wins proposed deal with TikTok

The exact terms of the deal are not clear but Oracle's proposed plan is not a straight acquisition of TikTok's US business.BrandTotal, a marketing analytics company, raised $12 million in a Series B funding round led by Canada's INcapital Ventures, bringing its total funding to $20 million.
