There's a one-time fee of $20 to set up your account, which includes a personal web page and 100 business cards. Both of these motivate Knobler to not only go above and beyond for her customers — in pre-Covid days she would put her customers' groceries away or buy a candy bar for their kids — but to give back to those in need.Like the time she met a woman in Trader Joe's who'd just received $20 for her 89th birthday. Knobler saw the woman's frail hands holding a list with just six items, essentials like milk and bread.
