Twin towers?

Gonna miss LG phones. They had some pretty good phones. Sad.

pain

It seems like all 'smartphones' businesses are all about government hoopla poopklah government connected stuff.

aaron_wekhola Pity

There will be no more LG ?

Man I like LG smartphones. No matter how many times i dropped them or got them wet they would still work. It was always my go to phone.

I had 2 LG phones and both only lasted about 6 to 7 months ... they where trash glad they are going out of business the phones where the LG v20 and v40 both fried while I was charging them

About time.

Let Go!

This is quite sad to hear but I’m excited to see what they offer regarding their innovations in the areas of electric vehicles and artificial intelligence.

LG has always been the off-brand half-ass company. I remember when they made the shitty version of Sony products back when LG was called Goldstar.

It's sad for me. I have had lg phones since 7 years ago cause they have last me a good time.

Surprised they hung around for this long.

What.

What's wild is the guy at Verizon was showing me how innovative their phones are the way the flip and stuff I guess the inside didn't compete with SamsungMobileUS or Apple

China taking over offcourse, best price and quality wins

Wow this is huge. Their phones are quite promising though...they should be targeting emerging markets like China is doing now..

A very sad news! 😢

I had two LG's before, no problems.

It's been riddled with years with bug versions and updates inconsistency. It had a good run. The market monopoly is becoming smaller with fewer competitors due to the the six corporations controlling the world.

I never knew LG had a smartphone line.

ChristDeKing Life used to be good

It's what i have :(

lol I don't know i should be happy or sad

A very reasonable and balanced decision. Market shows the general decline in demand. It's good time to say Goodbuy and make a focus on another projects.

I still have my LG flip cp that I bought a decade ago, kept inside its box. Probably not working anymore. Keeping it as a souvenir.

Noooooooooooooo

Oh no. Their phones are solid

Time for Nokia?

They must stick to producing Smart TVs and electronic gadgets for Homes etc.
