Typical tokenism to think you should replace one woman with another just because....Rihanna and Beyonce etc just show how tough it is being a woman in the music industry today.

i remember reading her ‘stop asking me questions about being a woman’ article. amazing, just as she was - a real paragon of authenticity and a breath of fresh air within the industry!

Which reminds me... I still really miss hearing janicelongdj on BBCRadio2

What wasted talent to ignore females in bbc or any forum - demand and only tune or buy your representation equally
