Dallas developer Urban Logistics Realty is headed to Denton with an industrial park.The Urban District 35 business park will be constructed next to the more than century-old site of Denton’s Acme Brick Co. plant.

Dallas’ Holt Lunsford Commercial will lease the buildings, which are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
