Interesting comments concerning Section 44. Agree with the added pressure on Dutton & Crewther, as is Phelps’ own role as a GP. She has received advice that as patients receive rebate, not GPs, no S44 issues arise. Query h/e if same for bulk billing (Bob Day indirect benefit)?
