Russian companies alleged to be involved in the corporate raiding of one of the world’s largest ammonia producers have been blocked by the Irish High Court from taking part in upcoming share auctions. The order was made after the court heard lawyers for the majority shareholders of the $3 billion Togliattiazot argue that they “will certainly suffer very significant damage” if auctions for their shares of the company were to proceed.
