That’s according to a new report released today by McKinsey on same and opposite gender work-life balance issues. . The survey sampled 14,006 men and 18,734 women in opposite gender DCCs, and 536 men and 378 women in same-gender DCCs. One in 10 DCC employees feel increased personal demands—such as caring for children or sick relatives—have played a role in them missing out on a raise, promotion, or chance to get ahead.
