“Growing up I was told my hair was wild, bush, nappy and unkempt so I know the sting and negative effect it can have on your confidence and self-esteem. We need to create more hair inclusivity by empowering people to embrace and celebrate their hair.

The tide is definitely turning when it comes to beauty brands using more inclusive language. In March 2021, Unilever announced it would be
