Four entities linked to former health minister Zweli Mkhize and his family have been added to the list of companies currently being dragged to the Special Tribunal of the Special Investigating Unit

The four companies – All Out Trading, Tusokuhle Farming, Cedar Falls Properties and Sirela Trading – as well as Mkhize’s daughter-in-law, Sithokozile Khalipele Mkhize, are the new respondents in the civil litigation brought by the SIU.

On Wednesday, tribunal Judge Lebogang Modiba gave the SIU the green light to proceed with amending its papers filed in court to include the four companies and Sithokozile who were left out when the unit initially presented its case before the tribunal.Subscribe to News24 for just R75 per month to read all our investigative and in-depth journalism. Can this guy be investigated.

Sies!

Blame it on the sons, then you are off the hook! First it was Cyril Ramaphosa and now Bheki Mkhize. I guess it's thanks sons for saving the day!!!

Seniqalile futhi

No action will be taken

The fact that those entities had access to the cookie jar entirely because of his proximity to power and money movement did not matter to the parliamentarians and their decision to absolve him. Unfortunately for them, we are watching. Trials of self introspection wearing thin.

Mkize cannot be let off the hook.

He is clearly a threat 😂

I salute SIU

Ramaphosa doesn't play😂😂

But I thought the other caders and bee quotas said it is all cool?!?

Arreste we r tired of this guy's please don't waist our time and data arrest this tsotsi

Trying by all means for him to step aside

The real motivation is Tha zweli must not be one KZN chairperson. Charge and step aside. They think we are fools.
