I dont get it. Shopify credited wingloo the 18k so they did get paid. Why would young pay them again? Wouldnt he owe shopify now?

'technical human error'. We didn't bother sending the documents to the bank, but now it's public, so we are paying the costs to avoid more backlash...

I’ve had problems customers in my business and the safe way to handle them is to give in and pay what they demand. I prefer to risk all and not give in to bullies. They can hurt your business badly out of spite. Once CBC publicized this story, Shopify settled it immediately. Why?

Messy chargeback management. Time to fix it up. Shopify

A word to the wise….when ordering a product from China through what ever channel including using paypal is a crap shoot. Any disputes is fruitless. I know.
