A man died early Thursday after falling through a sunroof at a Copperfield area warehouse, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Deputies responded around 2:40 a.m. to the 12200 block of FM 529 and found a crane with a basket lifted up near the roof of the building, authorities said.Apparently, three men accessed the roof by using the lift and were walking atop the building when one of the men stepped through a sunroof and fell 40 feet, Gonzalez tweeted. He was pronounced dead at the scene.No other information is available at this time.
