The Supreme Court decision to overturn a half-century of settled legal precedent and erase a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion and her reproductive freedom has set states off on a race.New Jersey is running forward, taking the opportunity to enshrine abortion rights and reproductive freedoms within our state laws. Others, such as Texas, are running backward and falling over themselves in the process of stripping women of their individual rights and freedoms.
As someone who spent more than two decades in international business and finance, I understand that businesses make decisions on where to locate based on a host of factors. Value is one of them. But values is another.
