At least 500 families lost their homes after a fire broke out in a residential area behind the Central Market in Sta. Cruz, Manila, GMA News' Raffy Tima reported Tuesday on “24 Oras.”Residents saved as much of their belongings as they could and evacuated as the fire quickly spread.
“Marami [tinupok ng apoy] yung mga gamit namin. Yung pera na kaunting naipon nawala na,” said an affected vendor.
