'I knew it was going to come to this stage'

Suzanne Jackson says stepping down as CEO of SOSU Cosmetics and Dripping Gold wasn’t scary because it was the right decision to make for her business.

Suzanne told RSVP Live: “I brought the brand to where it is today. It had been eight years and it was time for me to bring in someone who could drive the business forward.“Caroline was the only person I had in mind for the role of CEO, and if she didn’t accept, I would definitely still be there as CEO because it has to be the right person.

“As a CEO you’re involved with every area of the business plus everything else that goes on. It’s just not my skill set anymore, I’ve done all I can.” “Building and marketing a brand isn’t the most difficult thing to do in the world, but expansion is not easy. Having previously worked with Primark Beauty, Caroline already had massive experience with working in the beauty industry and was also familiar with the SOSU brand and Suzanne’s work.
