One of the first tasks will be creating a document listing the city assets that could double as filming locations, so crews can quickly see what’s available. “But what we also have to be open to is, what are we not thinking of?” said Morgan. “This is a creative industry that may come with ideas. What we would then rely on is going to the front line and saying, ‘This is what they’re trying to do. What opportunities are out there?’ ”
