New Allen business park moves ahead with major tenant

Heady Investments' two building business park on S.H. 121 is one of very few such projects in that area.A business park that includes a new U.S. headquarters for a nutritional supplements firm has gotten the go-ahead from Allen’s city council.

“We are building them a 90,000 square-foot building,” said developer Randy Heady. “And they are going to own the building.”
