It’s rather well know that if you think you need to take a break from drinking, you probably have an alcohol problem.
I work two jobs and I'm just too busy to drink. At my age, I ask myself where and if I'm needed 10 hours later, after drinking; if the answer is yes, well then no drinks. Been through that torture and torture no more. Hahahaha 😀 😀
