San Francisco fintech eShares Inc. is accusing an executive of exchanging sexually abusive messages with 'at least nine women,' according to a lawsuit it filed against the executive.

The fintech is demanding that Talton return the recordings, transcripts and proprietary information gleaned from them. Carta's lawsuit also accuses Talton of a number of IT abuses, such as allegedly misappropriating large volumes of data containing trade secrets, wiping laptops and deleting user accounts containing data under litigation holds, and operating an unauthorized remote server.
