Edmonton is increasingly being seen as a hub for hydrogen development, with plans for more than two dozen hydrogen and hydrogen-related projects in development

Dan Vandal, the minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada, says the funding is intended to help build a green economy and support Alberta jobs.

The announcement comes as the provincial United Conservative Party government criticizes the federal Liberals for wanting to phase out oilpatch jobs without plans to replace them.

How about leaving Alberta (as the constitution suggestions) to control it’s own destiny as concerns property and civil rights (which includes employment). So sick of top-down management of the economy from the inept Toronto/Ottawa ideologues.

For a govt all about the Hydrogen, it is what we offered Germany instead of the LNG they wanted...is just a token amount compared to what industries in the East recieved... $500 mil to Windsor battery plant $222 mil to Rio Tinto mine in Quebec $970 mil to Ont for nuclear

ABDanielleSmith why haven’t you mentioned this is all you talks. Oh wait you can’t rage farm them😉

Seems like a great trade off for Alberta, get $9.7 million from Groper Trudeau, gift $15 billion annually to Quebec

I cant wait until you clowns are defunded for your constant degenerate propaganda. You won't take our jobs, and you can take your woke communism and shove it

gill_godwin Cannot possibly be true! ABDanielleSmith says federal government hates us and wants our destruction! But then again she could be wrong!!

What hydrogen industry?

And $400 Million to “Ukraine”

So a 7Mw turbine then?
