Sen. Josh Hawley wants to bar lawmakers and their spouses from owning and trading stocks while in office by proposing the ‘PELOSI Act.’

Should be All lawmakers & their immediate families. Congress making a fortune on information - ie insider trading If your spouse, children , siblings trade and you provided material information. That's a huge no no If it's Considered insider trading for the rest of us

it’s a good idea, but naming it after someone in the opposing party (especially when plenty of your colleagues are guilty of the exact same thing) is a clown move. not like it’ll pass anyway so it’s a moot point
