Barbara Golden and Melissa Schroeder are among those fascinated with the local food scene, and they think lots of other First Coast residents and visitors share that passion.
She's spent years telling potential visitors about the county's growing food scene, and now she gets people to taste it. "There’s just so many great talented , and there’s such a food elevation that is really fantastic," Schroeder said."So we wanted to give something for the locals and showcase the different chefs."
"This is something that I think will be able to celebrate the local talent but at the same time ... if you like what you see here, you can sign up for the conventional class on the weekend and actually learn to cook it," Schroeder said.
