The bathroom has a simple walk-in shower, toilet and towel radiator, as well as a dark wooden sink - all the makings of a homely feel.Letting agent Jacobs described the property: "A delightful end of chain one bedroom, detached house. Located right in the heart of Oakley.
"Accommodation comprises living room/bedroom, kitchen, shower room and storage. To the rear of the property, there is a private enclosed garden."Many took to social media to express their outrage, saying the soaring cost didn't match the size of the property. One wrote on the estate agent's social media: "If you have saved a massive deposit, you too can live in a shed on someone's drive."A third said: "It is above ground at least, and the toilet and kitchen aren't in the bedroom, I suppose. Still pretty shocking."
And another chimed in: "Every time someone posts one of these tiny houses squeezed into somewhere it shouldn't be, I think 'Surely it can't be as bad as the last one' but it's always worse."- although it is not currently on the market.
