Company planning to make COVID-19 vaccine in Canada could go out of business

B.C.’s current supply of the infant version of Moderna’s mRNA vaccine expires on March 8, said the health ministry on Monday. New supply is expected on April 11, although the federal government has not confirmed the delivery date. Children who had Moderna as their first shot can receive the Pfizer vaccine as their second shot. However, they will be required a third Pfizer shot to achieve full vaccination.
