Why go to a theater and pay $100 for your family when in a few months you can stream it in the comfort of your home? I haven't gone to the theater in years and don't plan on it.

I think cinema will be fine if it changes back to small, boutique 1 and 2 screen buildings. The massive 20 screen theaters may be dead in the streaming world. Everything evolves.

Honestly there aren't many new releases I'd be inclined to pay $10 to see. The best movies were in the 40's and 80's-90's IMO.
