Australian companies are earning an average of $500,000 in revenue from customer service bots, a new federal government-funded report into the business adoption of artificial intelligence has found., will be released on Tuesday, based on a survey of more than 200 business decision-makers and AI service providers.
Digging into the data, customer service bots and digital workforce analytics projects were the two AI use cases that generated the highest revenue benefits for organisations, of $500,000 and $533,000 respectively.
