Last week, DeSapio’s nephews and their attorney filed a wrongful-death lawsuit in Clark County District Court against Fidelity National Home Warranty Co. They allege the company ignored DeSapio’s emergency repairs request as she succumbed to fatal heat stress.

“These companies take the money and they promise that they’re going to be doing something, and … when it comes to actually getting it done, they failed to do it,” Morris said.

It is not likely the home warranty company is held accountable. Oddly, her family is here to sue but was not around while she endured the heat.
But the commercial said that if my toilet is sucking everything in the bathroom into it like a black hole I'm OK.
It may not be heat but old age that killed her methinks.
