The company agreed to acquire OpsRamp, an IT operations management company that monitors, observes, automates and manages IT infrastructure, cloud resources, workloads and applicationsRCI Hospitality Holdings closed on its purchase of two Baby Dolls and three Chicas Locas adult nightclubs and their associated real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets.
The company announced the $66.5 million acquisition, RCI's second-largest since its founding and one of the largest in the history of the adult nightclub industry, in December. Payment consisted of $25 million in cash, of which $10 million is being financed through an unsecured bank line of credit; 10-year, 7% seller financing notes totaling $25.5 million; and 200,000 restricted shares of common stock of RCI valued at $16 million, subject to a lock-up, leak out agreement.
OpsRamp’s hybrid digital operations management solution will be integrated with the HPE GreenLake edge-to cloud platform. Headquartered in San Jose, Calif., OpsRamp was part of Hewlett Packard Pathfinder’s venture capital investment in 2020.Lexitas, a provider of technology-enabled legal and corporate services and a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, purchased Elite-Brentwood Reporting Services, serving Tennessee and surrounding states.Lexitas provides of legal and corporate support services to law firms, corporations and insurance companies.
