to provide a platform for three small independent traders to push their business to the next level. Award-winning Bustler Market, which hosts some of the UK's best street food traders, has taken on a second unit next door to their premises in Avenue E at Sneinton Market.
Managing director Olivia Pritchard is excited to see how it develops. She said: “The second unit is directly next to us and offers so much promise. Our aim is to make it an intimate espresso and wine bar and home to three permanent kitchens, enabling us to expand the whole Bustler offering and adding to the hub of activity in the bustling Sneinton Market area.“We will cover the majority of the fit-out by reinvesting any profits.
A Crowdfunder campaign has been launched to raise £20,000 towards the makeover. Rewards in return for donations include a free drink when the second unit opens, a VIP ticket to launch night, tote bags, T-shirts and food and drink packages right up to a pint a week for a whole year. Local bakery Treat Kitchen held a decorate-your-own biscuit session at Bustler over the Easter holidays for children. With a bar serving craft ales and cocktails, plus live entertainment, it's fast becoming the go-to venue in Nottingham.
