One was to carry on Alloyminium Limited with intent to defraud creditors of the company and the other was for the same company and with a fraudulent purpose, involving the diversion of mixed household and commercial waste and the unlawful deposit and disposal of it on land which did not have an environmental permit.
The 50-year-old also faces a charge of false representation between August 25 and September 22, 2016, which allegedly involved securing a lease in Staffordshire which was used for illegal deposit and storage of waste. He also faces eight other charges relating to depositing or disposing of mixed commercial and household waste in Birmingham, Staffordshire, and Stoke on Trent for different date ranges between March 2016 and September 2016.
