Vivo Malaysia warns about fake Vivo smartphones being sold in the Malaysian market. Here's how to find out if your Vivo smartphone is the real deal or it is a cheap knockoff.

According to Vivo, they have identified common models that have been prime targets for counterfeiting. This includes the Vivo S1, S1 Pro, V11i, V15, V3, V9, V9 Youth, Y11, Y12, Y17, Y19, Y20, Y31, Y50, Y55, Y66, Y67, Y71, Y7S, Y81, Y83, Y85, Y93 and Y93s.. From the page, you can enter your phone’s IMEI1 number which you can find by dialling *#06#. If the Vivo device is genuine, it will show all the relevant details including product model number, colour and warranty expiry date.
