Activision Blizzard, Fabrinet and Zoom Video Communications are among the stocks in focus.

Activision Blizzard shares ATVI, +0.28% rose 1% after Microsoft reached a deal with Ubisoft Entertainment to license the cloud streaming rights to Activision games, in an attempt to secure approval from the U.K. competition regulator. Microsoft stock MSFT, +1.71% also rose in premarket trade.

Fabrinet‘s stock FN, -0.91% rallied18% late Monday after the high-tech manufacturing services company forecast first-quarter results that were above Wall Street’s expectations, saying that new AI products and data-communications sales drove results for its fourth quarter. U.S.-listed shares of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. TEVA, +0.52% rose 1% after the company said late Monday it had agreed to pay a $225 million fine to settle price-fixing charges.

Shares of Zoom Video ZM, +1.48% rose 4% after the videoconferencing giant on Monday reported a big jump in earnings and strong full-year guidance.Shares of Nordson Corp. NDSN, -0.41% dropped 5% after the maker of industrial adhesives and other products missed revenue expectations for its fiscal third quarter, mostly on weakness on its electronics business.
