Alan Clancy’s hospitality firm to take over Central Plaza penthouse and inside Fable Bakery

In this week’s Business Post, we learn that the DAA is “not the highest bidder” for the 260 acres of lands situated between the runways at Dublin Airport that were recently put up for sale.

Twitter Alan Clancy’s NolaClan, the hospitality company behind 37 Dawson Street and House, is set to take over the top floor premises at One Central Plaza, multiple industry sources with knowledge of the deal told the Business Post.
