fate of the Trusted Operator Program-Container Registry and Monitoring System being pushed by the Philippine Ports Authority amid vigorous opposition from influential business consortiums, international chambers, and from several senators.

Poe previously led a hearing in her Senate committee on public services, where opposition to TOP-CRMS was voiced. She had earlier urged PPA not to insist on TOP-CRMS following negative comments from the Anti-Red Tape Authority regarding the program.
