Amid documentary controversy, Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch returns to market at a $70 million discount

the timing of the home coming back on the market is not related to the documentary's release but it time for the property to have 'new stewardship'.Since Jackson's death almost ten years ago, there have been a number of upgrades to the infrastructure. They have kept some of the features Jackson added to the 2,700-acre property, such as the train, fire department building and extensive topiary garden that spells out the name of the property in bright yellow around a clock.

There aren't any interior photos of either the main house or other buildings on the land, but there are some images of the buildings laid out on the extensive grounds. Built in 1982 by architect Robert $19.5 million and started adding his personal style. Here's part of the main house from a different angle showing more of the French Normandy-style that continues throughout the property.
