Officers responded to a custody dispute at a business Sept. 22 and learned a woman did not want to turn their child over to the man because the child had not been sleeping and she felt he would be in danger.

It was agreed that the mother would keep the child and turn him over later in the day, however a short time later, officers were called back to the business with the woman suggesting the man had called her over 100 times in the past two hours.

The manager of the business asked that the Mayfield Heights man, 40, be advised he was no longer welcome on the property. Officers contacted the man and advised him. He and the woman both said they would contact their attorneys about the incident.A resident said Sept. 21 that he was receiving harassing calls in which he would be asked about cyber security.

It appeared as if they were trying to start the vehicles but fled in a vehicle waiting in the street.A resident said Sept. 23 that he was having ongoing issues with a neighbor harassing him by calling police on him for various reasons. Officers explained that the neighbor did call in a loud music complaint the previous night, but no music was heard when they responded.
